# Sao chép tri thức giữa các Trợ lý AI

#### Bước 1: Truy cập Quản Lý Trợ lý AI

1. Để bắt đầu, hãy vào mục “**Trợ Lý AI**” trên thanh điều hướng chính của không gian riêng.
2. Tại đây, bạn sẽ thấy danh sách các Trợ lý AI đang tạo. Chọn trợ lý AI mà bạn muốn huấn luyện từ danh sách. 
3. Nhấn vào tên của trợ lý AI để truy cập trang quản lý của Trợ lý AI.

**Bước 2: Sao chép tri thức**

1. Tại trang quản lý Trợ lý AI, tìm và chọn mục "**Cập nhật tri thức**".
2. Tại tập tin chứa tri thức bạn muốn sao chép qua Trợ lý AI khác, bạn nhấn chuột vào biểu tượng <img src="/files/HKmYu2JBVOtdrQ9Z5sPE" alt="" data-size="line"> để lựa chọn chức năng “**Sao chép đến Trợ lý AI khác**”

3. Cửa sổ “**Chọn Trợ lý AI sao chép đến**” mở ra, bạn có thể nhập tên Trợ lý AI bạn muốn sao chép đến hoặc nhấn vào biểu tượng <img src="/files/q4A8Sj7b12E7S8Mpt6FG" alt="" data-size="line"> để danh sách Trợ lý AI của bạn hiện ra và bạn có thể tiến hành lựa chọn Trợ lý AI phù hợp. Bạn có thể lựa chọn một hoặc nhiều Trợ lý AI để sao chép tri thức.&#x20;

4. Sau khi lựa chọn các Trợ lý AI bạn muốn sao chép tri thức đến, bạn nhấn vào nút “**Xác nhận**”

**Bước 3: Kiểm tra Tiến Trình Sao chép Tri thức**

Bạn tiến hành chuyển đến mục “**Quản lý Trợ lý AI**” và lựa chọn Trợ lý AI bạn vừa mới thực hiện thao tác chuyển tri thức để kiểm tra,  phía bên trái màn hình sẽ xuất hiện trạng thái của tri thức đang được sao chép (Tri thức được sao chép hoàn thiện khi được hiển thị là 100% và xuất hiện nội dung tri thức bên phải màn hình)
